Padma Mitra Management is a hospitality management company based in Bali. We take full responsibility for running hotels and villas, from the first guest booking to the owner's monthly report.

We work where Bali is at its best, from the surf coast of Canggu to the jungle near Ubud. Each property keeps its own character and name. We bring the systems, the team and the standards behind it.

We are open to new properties: boutique hotels, villa complexes and projects still under construction that need an operator before opening.
